4Babies aim to dispatch in-stock goods within 2 business days from our warehouse. Delivery to you is reliant on our couriers company partner companies. Please allow up to 2 business days in Auckland 3 business days in North Island and 4 business days in South Island. If you live in rural district, please allow an additional 3 days for delivery.

We use Fastway & Post Haste for all New Zealand orders, which enables fast and reliable delivery to all destinations across the comprehensive delivery network of the Post Haste provider. Based on the stock status of the product and the intended delivery address, the delivery times may vary.
Overnight Delivery
Most of the products which are shown as “In stock at 4Babies” are delivered overnight in any place in New Zealand, provided the order is placed before the advertised cut-off time (which usually is 4 pm from Monday to Friday). An additional 1-2 days delivery time is taken by larger products that need to be delivered to South Island. Dangerous Goods (e.g. Fragrance, paints, and aerosols) and Rural Delivery may take an additional day for delivery.
Products which are Out of Stock
All products which are labelled as “In Stock with Supplier” or “Out of stock” may take longer to be shipped, as we need to order that stock from our supplier first. Delivery times may extend to a few days or even a few weeks. On the product page and in the Checkout section, you can view a delivery estimate based on the information that our supplier provides.
Pre-order products
Pre-orders for certain products like newly released Games and DVDs are shipped from 4Babies before the official date of release to ensure proper delivery on the release date. A “Day One delivery” message will be displayed on the product page where this service is offered.
