If you have a box of 'Bulk', 'Jumbo' or 'Convenience' nappies that have been unopened and is in good condition for resale then we are happy to swap for a larger size. This happens all the time! Husbands buying the wrong size or baby simply growing too fast!
You will be charged the difference in price of the boxes of nappies (if apllicable) and the cost of freight to deliver you a new box and collect the old box. We cannot accept goods that were purchased over 3 months ago, as we need to make sure that we can re-sell the box with the latest product developments.
If you purchased a Monster Box or a Pixie box and have used some of the inner packets and would now like to return individual packets (rather than the box); this is absolutely ok. There will, however, be a charge for the difference in price of the packets. As you purchased by the shipper at a discounted price per pack, you are now requesting us to swap individual packets so you are buying at the individual packet price.

You can choose to ship the goods to us directly at your own cost.
Due to the hygienic nature of our products we are unable to accept returns when a box has been opened.
