Orders that you place online can be picked up in person from our Frankton distribution centre located at 24 Lake Road, Frankton, Hamilton 3204.
How to Order
In order to place a pickup order online, you need to add items to your trolley and then proceed to checkout. On the Address step, click the Pick Up Order button. Pickup orders incur no delivery charges.
Essential Information
4Babies is not an ordinary retail store. While a few of our products are available to browse in our showroom, most of the stock is kept at our warehouse. You should place pickup orders online before they are picked up.
We do not hold all products in stock and therefore to avoid any disappointment, we would request you to place your request online and then wait for us to send a notification to you stating that your order is ready. If your ordered item is in stock, you will receive a notification immediately.
There is a computer for customer use to place orders in our showroom. You can pick in stock items immediately.
Usual Opening Hours
Our pickup hours are between 9.00 pm and 2.30 pm Monday to Friday. During public holidays, pickups are not available.
Payment Options
You can use Visa/Credit Card or Gift Voucher to pay for your order when you pick it up.
