My order has been dispatched but not delivered

In case your order has been shipped but not been delivered, the first step that you need to take is to visit the Courier Post website and then enter your tracking number to request a “track and trace”. We have emailed you your tracking number and it is also available in the My Account section.

Go to the Courier Post to insert your tracking number and track ad trace your package.

Also you can also call Courier Post on this number: 0800 106 828

Even after the “track and trace” status on your order indicates that your order has been delivered, but you are unable to find it, please contact us at 0508 627 743 and we will immediately start an investigation with Courier Post on your behalf.

We would recommend that you use the “signature required” option that is available during Checkout if you are really concerned about your item being left unattended. We regret to inform you that neither 4Babies nor Courier Post will be able to refund or replace items that somehow have been lost, stolen or damaged after it has been successfully delivered to your property.

1.    Goods that are damaged or oversized

If an item that you have ordered has been classified as Oversized, it will take 2-3 working days to arrive. You can view this on your tracking page under the Service Type and this will be marked with an ‘E’. Please let us know if it takes longer than 2-3 working days.

Courier Post can only carry dangerous Goods in special courier vans which can cause some delays in delivery. These goods can be classified as perfumes, paints, aerosols and the like. For North Island addresses,  these items take 1-2 working days and for South Island addresses these items take 3-4 working days. You will be shown the exact timeframe for delivery on the Checkout page. The more the distance between your delivery address and Hamilton, the more will be the delivery time.

During Checkout, our Website will show you whether the item you ordered is classified as a Dangerous Good, but you can see the full list of what Courier Post classifies as Dangerous Goods here
