Items that are in stock in our warehouse can only be dispatched to you. Items that are delegated as Special Order or In Stock with Supplier need to be delivered to our Hamilton based warehouse before we can dispatch them and deliver them to your address.
Each and every item that has been listed for sale on 4Babies have a stock status and delivery estimate. We request you to check this first as it could happen that the delivery of your item is within this estimate.
Your credit card may have a problem
If there is a problem with your credit card, then you will receive an email and a message will also be displayed in the My Account section. Erroneous card details, insufficient funds and expiry dates that have passed are some of the common problems that occur.
We request you to allow us a time period of 1-2 hours during normal business hours so that we can re-try your credit card if there has been a problem.
We have not received your payment
It could be possible that we have not yet received your payment if you have paid for order through bank deposit. We request you to double check that you have included a reference with your payment as it will not be possible for us to reconcile payments for orders without any kind of reference.
Any payments made through bank deposits take 1-2 business days to appear in our bank deposits.
An item which is Out of Stock is delaying the rest of your order
In case you have selected the option “Group my items to minimise delivery costs” during Checkout, then your order will not be shipped unless all the items that you have ordered are in stock in our warehouse and ready to be shipped. At the time of placing your order, we will have quoted you a date at which your order was due to ship. In case all the items that you have ordered have not arrived and is not in stock by that date, then your order will be shipped anyway and the outstanding item will be shipped once it arrives.
