- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to shipping claims. We will resend orders damaged or lost by courier. We are unable to cover return shipping costs unless the product is faulty.
- We reserve the right to have you return the original order, at your cost, before sending or store credit your order.
- This guarantee does not cover fees for courier service or associated incidental or consequential damages or claims. we are not liable for courier Service errors, including loss or delay.
- We reserves the right to reject a refund request that is reasonably assumed to be for fraudulent reasons.
- There are no monetary refunds issued for these products. Instead, a store credit is issued for future use.
- It is expected that only a few nappies out of the packet are used before claiming a change of product. We will not change out empty or almost empty packets. and any remaining packets must be in resealable condition.
